Competitive Club Junior & U23 Program
This program is intended for high school and college aged rowers who have completed a Learn-to-Row and at least one season of a Developing Rowers Program. Rowers joining this program need to be proficient in everything described in the Expected Skills document. Experienced junior rowers with previous experience in another rowing program are also welcome to join after a conversation with the program director. In this program, rowers will train with the goal to compete on the highest level of competition.
Juniors (ages 14-18)

Spring Season:
Club Junior Rowers
Required experience: Participants must have completed a Learn-to-Row program and have rowed at least one season in the Developing Rowers program. Rowers must be familiar with the Expected Skills. All rowers must know how to swim.
In this program, all participants are representing the Bergen County Rowing Academy in competition. All competitions are raced on a 2000 m course.

General Youth Summer Rowing
Required experience: Participants must have completed a Learn-to-Row program and must know how to swim.
This program is intended to give our youth rowers a chance to get out on the water to row while all other formal youth rowing programs are not in session.

Winter Season:
High School & Junior Program
Required experience: no experience necessary
This programs offers our high-school-aged rowers an opportunity to train during the winter to stay fit, gain cardio vascular and strength fitness, and to improve their 2K-Erg-Score useful for application to future college rowing teams. For participants new to rowing this may be a good way to get a head start on a future Learn-to-Row program.
Four sessions per week:
