Developing Rowers

This program is intended for high school and college aged rowers who have completed a Learn-to-Row program. It functions as the link between the Learn-to-Row program and the Competitive Junior Program. In this program, rowers will learn training methods, race strategy, boat skills, and improve rowing technique. Once a rower demonstrates proficiency in all the expected skills they will be invited to join the Competitive Juniors.
